Active Directory in Plone 2.5.2

I have installed Plone 2.5.2 in Windows XP Proffessional. I installed the
plugin 'Active Directory Multi Plugin' to authenticate from existing LDAP
Server. I can login using active directory username and password of some
users only. But problem is that few users in active directory are unable to
login in Plone which are member of Administrator in active directory. What
may be the solution to enable login by all the users of 'Active Directory'?
Please help me to solve this problem.
