ZEO Unable to Start

I've got Plone-3.0.2 installed using the Unified Installer on Ubuntu Fawn,
the root install/zeocluster option. The installer works great (*thank you,*
Kamal Gill and Steve McMahon).  The problem is that the zeocluster will not
start, and the event logs show the following errors:

I am following the directions in adminPassword.txt and am using sudo in the
command line to start the zeocluster. I've seen these event-log errors
previously in association with directory/file permissions. Is that what's
going on? Recommendations, anyone?
