Zope2.10.4 Installation Error at Make Stage

I'm trying to install Zope2.10.4 from source on Ubuntu Fawn, and I keep
getting an error at the make stage.  I have python-dev installed, but the
error appears to be related to not being able to find the python dev
headers. Here is the error string: http://paste.lisp.org/display/49437.
Anyone have any ideas?
