Subject: developer.ebay.com - msg#00092
List: web.zope.plone.marketing
it is now public knowledge that plone is driving
developer.ebay.com (I'm not sure I posted this
to marketing). It is on the frontpage of
http://www.enfoldsystems.com/ and
on http://plone.org/about/sites
Do with it like you see fit. Please do not
use the ebay logo *nor* make any quotes
about ebay's usage of Plone. you can only
state a fact of that url being driven by plone.
We should have some actual quotes in the next
6 months.

Re: press release >> new draft | RFC
Whit,
Sorry if this was recently sent out to the group, but I just joined
this list this morning. What are the target audiences and formats for
this? If this is a news release, you may want to do separate versions,
one for European media and one for American media.
Thanks,
Mike Burgess

In the drupal guys PR 101, he mentioned the importants of mentioning
everyone who deserves credit. I think this would be a nice way to say
"thank you" and a good way to demonstrate the international scope of
this effort (name + country).
I'd also like to see more european, international examples. can
anybody step up on this?

Re: press release >> new draft | RFC
welcome to plone marcom, mike!
I agree mike! but remember, you is us so unless someone steps up and
starts writing it, we are will have one press release.
Any takers on the other side of the pond? all in all, we should be able
to make one version for the entire world but multiple version for target
audiences IS a good idea.
