In the drupal guys PR 101, he mentioned the importants of mentioning 
everyone who deserves credit.  I think this would be a nice way to say 
"thank you" and a good way to demonstrate the international scope of 
this effort (name + country).

I'd also like to see more european, international examples.  can anybody 
step up on this?
