I'm wondering how to change:

    <input type="text" value="2003/06/04 10:00:00 GMT+2"
         id="start_date"
         onfocus="formtooltip('start_date_help',1)"
         name="start_date"
         onblur="formtooltip('start_date_help',0)" />

to

  <input type="text" value="2003/06/04 10:00"
         id="start_date"
         onfocus="formtooltip('start_date_help',1)"
         name="start_date"
         onblur="formtooltip('start_date_help',0)" />

in other words, changing the way the datetime is displayed to the user.
