Archetypes Installation error

Downloaded the latest tar and decompressed into the Products directory of 
Plone 1.0.2. From ZMI, I created an External Method for the installation 
with the following settings:

Id     ArchetypesInstall
Title  blank
Module archetypes.install
Function install

I receive the following error:
