Error : 'str' object has no attribute 'keys' à la soumission d'un document

j'ai désactivé les notifications liées à l'abonnement en supprimant
dans "Portal event service" le subscriber
"portal_subscriptions".Maintenant je souhaite réactiver les
notifications et je n'y arrive pas.

J'ai recrée le subscriber "portal_subscriptions" et j'ai relancé le
cps_subscriptions_updater sans succès.
En plus je rencontre maintenant un message d'erreur bloquant à la
soumission des documents dont voici le traceback.Merci de votre aide.
