At present it'll rewrite any link that comes from $ScriptUrl via FmtPageName().
It won't rewrite links where $ScriptUrl is already resolved, because those
might not actually be URL references intended to be rewritten (e.g., it
could be markup text that is intended to be displayed to the user).
