Greetings,

My name is David Burley and I am the Quality of Service Analyst for
SourceForge.net. You are being contacted as you are listed as a project
admin for the 'phpwiki' project.

Due to performance degradation of the project database services over the
past week, we rolled out a new database server today. In doing so, we
noticed that the queries per second count on one of the hosts did not
decline after the split-out. There was a difference of roughly 1400
queries per second (qps) between the two hosts. Upon further review, we
noticed that your project was almost always listed in the process list.

Accordingly, we made your project web site inaccessible, and noted an
immediate decline of about 1400 qps on the database server that your
project is hosted on. To give you an idea of relative volume, all of the
other projects using the database server have a combined volume of about
350 queries per second, so 1400 is significantly above the usage of all
other projects. This massive increase we believe happened recently (as
of last weekend or so).

To keep services reliable and to be fair to the other projects we host,
we have deleted your project home directory and placed an archive of its
contents in your project home directory
(/home/groups/p/ph/phpwiki/phpwiki.tar.gz). Please do not re-enable your
website's DB usage until after you contact us and work with us to figure
out what was going on and causing this high level of DB usage.
