I'm loading a new machine and I'm trying out the latest version of php on
it. I have phpMyAdmin and Mantis working properly, but phpwiki is returning
a blank screen (really empty, no <HTML> tags at all).
There are no errors (I have turned on php error logging) and the web server
isn't throwing an error (in the error file or in the event viewer)
I'm running IIS on W2K3 server, and as I said, other PHP/MySQL apps are
working, just not phpwiki.
Phpwiki is the current CVS head. Is there some magic setting I need to
have? :-)
