using styles there is always a new line after </font>

Hello,

i'am using styles in wiki code

1%color=red%2%%3

should show 123 with second number "2"  in red
but it shows 12 3 with second number "2" in red.

There is a space behind the colored number 2.

The resulting html code looks like this:

<p class="tightenable">2<font color="red">2</font>
2</p>

Where is the function where i can change, that there is no line break after 
</font>?

Please help, i search and search but i did'nt find the place.
