Two Things (one easy, one maybe not so easy?)

Ok, let's start with the hard one first. ;)

I've just setup 1.3.10 (who instances actually) and for some unknown reason, my
password on the one got hosed and I'm unable to login.  How do i reset a user's
password when using PersonalPage as the USER_AUTH (i couldn't get File to work
for some reason, although really, i should be using the DB, which i haven't 
tried
yet.)

the other questions is: how do i set the default system theme?
