yes, in my latest tests against the new proposed setup I found that it will require 2MB less memory than against apache1/php-4.1.2,
which is fine for me. :)

everything else works fine on my latest setup. I will release 1.3.11 soon with all the fixes. I wanted yesterday but ran out of time.
I already wrote the message but stopped then. better not to hurry.

Other fedora specific issues concern me a bit, but we will see.
maybe the handlers will have to be adjusted.
