My PHPWiki Install: msg#00062

Subject: My PHPWiki Install
Dear Sir,

I am currently testing phpwiki at our website at http://www.fil-augustinians.net/phpwiki.  I am having three problems with it that I cannot figure out:
1.  To access my install, I cannot use I.E; I use the Mozilla Firefox instead. When I use I.E. I get the following error:

Cannot have a DOCTYPE declaration outside of a prolog. Error processing resource 'http://www.fil-augustinians.net/phpwiki/index.php
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
----------^
I have no problems using the FireFox, but my prospective users are more into I.E. Could you
please help me out with this? Where is the file that creates that XML error message?
2. I am using flat files for the install. I don't know why the program keeps giving me an error message on top
of the my page. It goes:
lib/DB_Session.php:48: Warning[512]: Your WikiDB DB backend 'file' cannot be used for DB_Session. Set USE_DB_SESSION to false.
I have set DEBUG to 0 in the config.ini file, but I still have this problem. I have looked at the possible files in lib/WikiDB/backend/file.php but I can't find it
Could you please help me with this? where is the file that I should modify to take this error message off the screen?
3. When I go to the RecentChanges, I find this error

Fatal PhpWiki Error

lib/WikiDB/backend/dumb/MostRecentIter.php (In template 'browse') (In template 'body') (In template 'html'):28: Fatal[0]:
<br />/home/bdweb1844i/fil-augustinians.net/public_html/phpwiki/lib/WikiDB/backend/dumb/MostRecentIter.php:28: :
Assertion failed <br />

Could you please tell me exactly where I am at? I am not a programmer, and I am completely lost.

Thank you so much for your attention.

 Respectfully yours,
