It's indeeed a very interesting issue with our extremly hairy
BlockParser code. I already fixed that once. I believe it
was some XmlContent object initialization magic.
The only chance to fix that is to step through it
in a visual php5 debugger.
I'll try to download another zend beta for testing. xdebug gets better
and better, but still no free visual ide for that new protocol.
I wish Jeff would have some time to spare,
because he wrote it, and my attempts so far to optimize that, failed,
so I had to revert back.
