How can I fix the MySQL table prefix?

Hi!

I've seen this line:
; Note: This prefix is NOT prepended to the default DBAUTH_
;       tables user, pref and member!
;DATABASE_PREFIX = phpwiki_

And I would like to know what I need to do to fix it.
