cvs nameserver problems

the sf.net cvs servers are currently not correctly resolved, they 
resolve to the projects server and not to the cvs server.
this is a temp. workaround, but should work as long as they don't 
install a second cvs server.
go to your phpwiki root dir:

find -name Root -path \*CVS\* -exec perl -pi.bak 
-e's/cvs.phpwiki.sf.net/cvs.sf.net/' \{\} \;
