php5 should work now.

The latest patches from CVS enable php5 support. Only the latest snaps 
are recommended, the early beta and the RC1 not.

The CGI version is fine for debugging, the recent Zend 3.5 beta works 
with the CGI only. The debugger is not as good as the for the old 
php-4.x version yet.
I'll test the new soap extension then, to look for our soap server support.
