Some user came up with a interesting claim:
RecentChanges doesn't link to the latest version if the latest version
is a minor edit only.
My proposal would be to show the latest minor-edit in RecentChanges
also, if the latest version is a minor_edit, which wouldn't other wise
be listed in RecentChanges, only in RecentEdits.
Say e.g.: v13-v9 of NewPage are minor_edits and v8 is major, everything
on the same date 20040413, v7-5 minor, v4 major in an earlier date, ...
RecentChanges will then display then on 20040413
two links to NewPage, v13 (as latest minor) and v9.
All other minor edits will not be shown.
Rationale:
Users get confused when the link at RecentChanges doesn't point to the
current version. Even if a special link at NewPage?version=8 does denote
that.
