No, it's private theme, not to clutter the existing files with special 
modifications.
It's only in my previous rateit.patch.tgz

get it working (lib/rate.php),
add the missing SQL stuff for wikilens mass usage,
add the statistic modes in the plugin,
add the PageList custom type "Rate"
test the metadata storage method.
