Whups, you're right. Looks like we forgot to change that line in 
index.php to:
define ('PHPWIKI_VERSION', '1.3.7');
... before tarring up the release. I'll upload a replacement archive to 
SF in the next few days if Steve doesn't beat me to it. :)

I checked quickly within the tar file and all the recent CVS commits 
are there, so I'm pretty sure it is just the version number that was 
left behind.
