It seems no one is interested in this bug ... bug when I check the
source code of this page, it starts by :

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<?xml
 version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>

This makes the page not a valid xml page ... and breaks some browsers.
