Proxy setting, and initial config....yes I'm a noob...

Ok,

Here we go, I need to figure out the command line needed do do this....

Here is what I need to do..

Use a proxy, which is proxy.kelly.com , port 80... I need to logon to this
proxy with domain\username and password....

Then I need to download the zip file from http://www.domain.com/test.zip
to the directory where the command is called....

I have tried several times, and keep getting a 407 proxy error that stating
I need to log in to use the proxy.....

Here's my current line (which doesn't work)

wget -Y on http://proxy.kelly.com -c -proxy-user=domain\user
-proxy-passwd=password http://www.domain.com/test.zip

Any help would be appreciated...
