Poor french translation

This is a copy of a bug-report I just sent to Debian bug reporting system,
I believe it requires some changes in wget source, so I'm sending it again
here :-)

When I run "wget -c -v" followed by any URL, one line displayed during
download looks like:
Longueur: <file_size> (non autorisée)
as a translation of
Length: <file_size> (unauthoritative)

Translation of "length" into french was set to "longueur" which is a poor
translation. I believe a better translation would be "Taille" which is
much more suitable in french when talking about a file.("Longueur" is a
good translation for "length" when dealing with objectsphysical
dimensions, ie when measuring object with a ruler).Translation of
"unauthoritative" (when displaying file size) into frenchis incorrect : it was 
set to "non autorisée" which actually means "not
authorized", and makes that display a total non-sense. I suggest the
french version be changed into "non averée" or "sans certitude".
