Hello

I am a casual user of wget and don't understand why this url:
http://www.owl.ru/win/winet/English/English.html
can be accessed fine using a browser but not wget. I have tried both 1.8.2
and
earlier versions without success.

I have also found that some url's that can't be fetched using 1.8.2 can be
fetched
using an earlier version.
