fetching asp file

hello,

  I am a newbie to wget and have been trying to play around and experiment with it. I :have found a previous posting(s) for fetching asp files: http://www.mail-archive.com/wget@xxxxxxxxxx/msg04258.html

If we mask the wget to pose as a mozilla agent and retreive, there are few asp files which are retreived, like

 wget -U "Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1)"  http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp

But few arent .. like this asp file http://202.54.124.157/esharechat/Process_Login.asp

Is there any reason why this is ? how should such files be handled for retreiving ?
