Hi,

You forgot another requirement of Horde/IMP: PHP 4.0.6+ (for the latest
version).

But, anyway, I don't think it makes sense to integrate something like
IMP into webmin. The idea of (web|user)min is that you don't need other
services running in order to see your local mail.
