I have never seen a definitive list, however, the list below contains most
of the pooular domains (include the reverse domains). When I get some time
I will update the list with more TLDs from the information gleaned from:-

http://www.norid.no/domreg.html

Btw, note the CentralNic Second Level domains. They are not exactly TLDs
but have been included since they have sold a large number of subdomains.
It always makes me laugh when I think that CentralNic can purchase the
name uk.com for $12 and sell fred.uk.com for $100. Now, thats the way to
make money :))

Thanks heaps for that .. I will have the next version of webmin use this
list, and also allow people to create their own overrides for certain domains
if they want.
