Subject: miniserv and cookies

Since many people now employ personal firewall software that blocks web server cookies, or configure their browsers to do so, I think that it would be worthwhile to have a notice in the webmin login dialogue window to the effect that proper operation of webmin relies on cookies. I believe that my earlier problem with webmin that arose after my recent upgrade to the apache http server was related to this issue, and I have run up against it again on a linux box where mozilla was configured to refuse cookies.
