Get a better browser. :) One that actually *uses* the cache, or allows full control over how/when images are downloaded. Something like Opera. :) Or, use a proxy server/cache like Squid. The two options above have made my life so much simpler, even when on the E10 at work. Or, Jamie could change things on his end.
