Future Request

Hello,

I was wondering if in future releases there could be an adjustment made to
have the webmin outlook in frames to cut down on the time it takes for pages
loading.

The Top Webmin bar to be in the "TOP" frame, and then have all the content
in the lower frame (just the two).

The only reason for this is the images that load on the top bar take some
time on slower connections and to cut down on the time tables would be an
ideal solution to this as they will never need to be realoaded (as none of
the links changes, but only the bottoms frame).

I don't know how possible this would be, but I belive it to be a nice
preformance improvement for users who need to do Dialup access via webmin,
and possibily usermin as they are the same interface.
