Dearie me, people, this is not rocket science. . . In Webmin: Hardware -> Network Configuration -> Network Interfaces -> Add a New Interfaces (under either Active Now or Activated at Boot Time) and just call it eth0:0 or eth1:0 or whatever. It's just the standard Linux alias functionality. . .
