SSL certificate question

I can't seem to get the certificate setup right.

I've got SSL installed and working according to the webmin site's directions.
But instead of a request to import the certificate all I get is an error
message about "the security certificate from that site (The identity
certificate issuer is unknown".

Any guidance?
