Steve, just remember that Teraterm Pro + TTSH, and (from memory) PuTTY both
use version 1 or 1.5 of the SSH protocol, and so are vulnerable to the
attacks I mentioned. You should make sure to caution your users that any
indication of key mismatches should be a signal to stop what they're doing
and find out what's going on. Also WinSCP version 1.0 uses password
authentication only, although version 2.0, which was in beta last time I
checked can use private keys. I downloaded the beta and gave it a spin and
it seemed quite stable.
