Changing Webmin Password?

How can I change my password in Webmin? I read through the FAQ and followed 
the instructions by entering /usr/local/webmin-0.980/changepass.pl 
/etc/webmin admin PASSWORD but it didn't work. I installed webmin in 
/usr/local/webmin-0.980 and I checked in /etc/ and I don't have anything 
named webmin in the directory.

Any suggestions?
