Default theme selection bug....

Hi,

When I select for a users "Personal theme" for them to use the "Default
Webmin Theme", the
user gets the following error when logging in:

     Error - Perl execution failed

     Can't locate ./webmin-lib.pl at /usr/libexec/webmin/webmin/index.cgi line 
5.

I tried to figure out what was happening, and have not solved the problem yet.  
 It appears that
it is trying to call the webmin configuration module's index.cgi program, which 
of course would be
wrong anyway, but still that should cause the above error because in the 
directory listed is the
file webmin-lib.pl.  I did note that in the /etc/webmin/config file that the 
users theme is set to nothing as in:

     theme_username=

Anyway, I am not sure exactly what is go on, but it is obviously wrong.  Oh, 
one last thing.
If I specify a full path to a module:

     https://host:10000/fdisk/

for instance, then all seems to work well.  Thanks...james
