No.  web-lib isn't getting templating.  I was just mentioning the new 
gui functions.  But if you want templates, use your favorite template 
module.

Just use the already existing Perl Modules module to install it if the 
user doesn't have it, rather than reinventing the wheel and doing 
something without the users knowledge.  An example of this can be found 
in the LDAP module.
