Customize-Creating New Account

Hi guys

Can any body please help me how to customize the "Create New Account" in Marketing->Account section.My user registration page requires some fields that is different from the page that we currently have.

Any body please help me  in which page I need to edit to make the changes to be effect?

I am using Vtiger 5.0.4 and phpMyAdmin 2.11.4
