SVG12: Color keywords, etc. in SVGPaint

Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-SVG12-20041027/ is unclear about how
paint values of properties are represented in the SVGPaint interface,
for example, it is unclear whether fill="red" would have a rgbColor
attribute and if so what the type of the CSSPrimitiveValues in the
resulting css::RGBColor object might be. Please change the draft such
that for all possible lexical representations the SVGPaint object is
well-defined.
