SVG12: Missing default values in schema

Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,

  From http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-SVG12-20041027/schema.html it seems
that the draft is inconsistent about the specification of default values
for attributes in the RelaxNG schema. E.g., the specifications states a
missing x attribute on the rect element is equivalent to an x attribut
with a value of "0", yet the schema does not encode this information.
Please change the schema such that this information is included for all
attributes where this can be done.
