SVG12: SVGMediaElement

Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-SVG12-20041027/animation.html refers to a
SVGMediaElement interface for which there is no definition. It is thus
very unclear how the SVG 1.2 SVGAnimationElement interface interacts
with the SVG 1.1 SVGAnimationElement interface, it is in fact not clear
whether these are compatible at all. This could suggest that it's unwise
to call the animation element animation element as animation elements
differ from animation elements...

Please change the draft such that the interface SVGMediaElement is well-
defined and that the interactions of the two SVGAnimationElement inter-
faces are clearly defined.
