SVG12: SVGPaint DOM representation

Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-SVG12-20041027/painting.html section 11.7
is difficult to make sense of as various non-terminal symbols are still
undefined (like <name>, for example), but it seems that paint is changed
in SVG 1.2 (e.g., something like device-color() is introduced), but the
corresponding svg::SVGPaint interface is not updated accordingly. It is
thus unclear how these new values would be represented in the DOM and
how they could be manipulated. Please change the draft such that the DOM
representation for all new properties is well-defined.
