SVGT: "effect" of pointer-events, grammatical

In the pointer-events descriptions at 
http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/interact.html#propdef-pointer-events The word 
"effect" is used repeatedly when "affect" should be used. For example:

  "The value of the 'fill' property does not effect event processing."

Should be:

  "The value of the 'fill' property does not affect event processing."

This error is repeated throughout the section and it should be changed. 
Though if you do not change it, it will not effect me either way :)
