Re: squid acls from file

Not in Squid-2.X. For Squid-2.X you need to preprocess the squid.conf
before starting Squid to have any includes etc expanded into plain
squid.conf directives.

In Squid-3 you will be able to have the configuration file automatically
preprocessed by a preprocessor of choice each time Squid reads it.
