slow respone from jobasia.com's cgi

Hello,

I found that when I access the jobasia.com site, then click "Power search"
-> "Find Job", it need about 50 second to respond the search result.

The full url is: http://jobasia.com/cgi-mbr/jah.cgi

I'm sure I already disable caching for "cgi-bin cgi-mbr" and use
always_direct directive for that site. (it was show in the access.log)

The problem happen in MSIE 5.0 in win2k but doesn't happen in Mozila 1.01
in linux

Any ideas?
