Well, I go Help -- Privoxy Status... and it just says I'm 
not using Privoxy. I have no idea why. I tried doing 
everything it told me, and I read the user manual. I'm 
trying to use it with Tor, if that matters.

It's version 3.0.3 for Windows.
I am running on Windows XP Home Edition, sp2.

same here, and using the same setup.
 I have tried with opera, firefox and IE. I do have a
firewall, and a router. May that be the problem?
 If someone could give a little help, It would be appreciated.
