Initial Comment:
Privoxy was not really tested with another version, so I cannot make a 
comparison..
Configuration is :
Firefox 1.0.3 FR
Windows 2000
extensions Adblock, Webdeveloper, LiveHTTPHeaders

That is, I used HTTPHeaders to "view" headers (does not seem related, actually).

The fact : at least +add-header and +hide-referrer do not work at all, as if 
the browser was on a priority. I've searched for informations on this, but 
could not find any : is this a well known.. behavior ?

(for instance, connectiong to privoxy.org does not add anything of the 
"{+add-header{X-Actions-File-Version: 1.8} -filter -kill-popups}" mentioned in 
default.action)
