Summary: 503 on MAC OS 10.3.8 after installing Tor

Initial Comment:
I installed Tor yesterday, restarted, and was able to surf the web 
with no problems. But today every page I go to gives me a 503 
error. This might not have anything to do with it, butI've been 
installing windows 2000 in qemu all last night and all this morning. 
I am not running zone alarm. Any help is appriciated.

Now it started up again. I'm not using qemu anymore, and
haven't been for quite some time.
