installation issue with Privoxy under W2K

Hi there,

I was trying to get Privoxy to work with TOR, except
that when I tried installing Privoxy it gave me an
error

Error Msg :

16 Bit MS-DOS Subsystem

g:\Temp-Haz\PRIVOX~3.EXE
The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction
CS:055b IP:0119 OP:65 63 74 20 61 Choose "Close" to
terminate the application

I have TOR installed and running, but when I tried to
install Privoxy..6 different times I hit that error.

How do I overcome this?

Any help would be appreciated :)
